Formation Timeline
- October 2022 – We incorporated in the State of New York as a DOMESTIC NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION.
- December 2023 – We were approved by the IRS as a public charity and is tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). [The IRS Letter]. EIN: 92-1047120.
- January 2024 – We registered with the New York Charity Bureau. NYS Reg. No. 49-88-59.
